Throughout her career, Jacinta has held various roles, including a full-time accounts representative for a prominent health system. It is during this time that she honed her skills in medical billing and coding, witnessing firsthand the inefficiencies that plague the reimbursement process. This eye-opening experience fueled Jacinta's determination to make a difference and improve the healthcare landscape.

Jacinta's expertise extends far beyond her administrative prowess. She holds a multitude of certifications in clinical and administrative positions, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. This diverse background enables her to enhance the quality of her services by empathizing with the frustrations providers face, particularly concerning EHR systems and revenue cycle management.
